Terms and Conditions for Referral Program

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the Referral Program (the "Program") operated by Lets Safe ("Company"). By participating in the Program, both the referring agent ("Referrer") and the new agent ("Referred Agent") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Program is open to existing agents of the Company who are in good standing.

2.2. The Referred Agent must be a new customer to the Company, not having previously registered or purchased credits from the Company.

3. Referral Process

3.1. The Referrer must submit a completed referral form with the details of the Referred Agent.

3.2. The referral form must include the Referred Agent's company name, contact information, and any other required details.

3.3. The Company will validate the Referred Agent's eligibility, including ensuring they represent a business of sufficient size as determined by the Company's criteria.

4. Rewards for Referrer

4.1. Upon the Referred Agent purchasing 10 credits, the Referrer will receive 20 credits.

4.2. The reward credits will be credited to the Referrer’s account within 30 days of the Referred Agent’s qualifying purchase.

5. Rewards for Referred Agent

5.1. The Referred Agent will receive 2 free credits upon successful registration and validation of their eligibility.

5.2. The free credits can be used to test the Company’s services and are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.

6. Validation and Qualification

6.1. The Referred Agent must represent a company deemed large enough by the Company's validation process.

6.2. The Company reserves the right to request additional information from the Referred Agent to verify their eligibility.

6.3. If the Referred Agent fails to meet the Company’s criteria, neither the Referrer nor the Referred Agent will receive the respective rewards.

7. General Conditions

7.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

7.2. Any fraud or abuse concerning the Program may result in the forfeiture of referral credits and termination of the Referrer’s and Referred Agent’s participation in the Program.

7.3. Credits earned through the Program have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
